Booking An Appointment
When you are ready, contact me either by email or phone. Leave a message and I will get in touch, usually within a working day.
Once we have arranged an appointment
We will have an initial 15-minute phone/video call to talk about your requirements and address any initial questions you might have, as well as arrange a mutually convenient time to meet for longer.
Your first appointment will be an assessment of up to 90 minutes.
We will discuss what you want to achieve from therapy, your history and present challenges.
After this appointment you will have a good idea if you want to work with me, and how I can work with you and what you bring. We may even have already achieved what you wanted to in this one session.
There is no obligation to continue to work with me after this first consultation.
The next step
If we agree to work together we will arrange a regular time to meet online.
This is usually once a week for 50 minutes.
The number of weekly sessions is entirely up to you. When you feel you have achieved your therapeutic goal we end our sessions.
I work in GMT working hours, although do occasionally have early morning/evening sessions available. Just ask.

Online Sessions
For online therapy sessions I use Doxy.me since this is an encrypted program with a good level of security. It does not require any downloads or passwords, just one website address for you to log into each session. However if you prefer to use Zoom/Teams or another platform I can usually accommodate this.
